Instructions on how to activate JavaScript on Internet Explorer:

click on "Tools" and open the "Internet options"
In the "Security" menu select "Internet" as the Web content Zone for which you wish to change the security settings. Set the sliding scale to "medium". If your version does not have a sliding scale you can set the security level manually.
Click on "Custom level" to change manually. A menu will open. Scroll down through the menu and under "Scripting/Active Scripting" click on enable. Confirm your choice by clicking on "OK".

Instructions on how to activate JavaScript on Netscape:

Click on the "Edit" menu and select "Settings" and then "Advanced".
Choose the option "Activate Java Script". Confirm your choice by clicking "OK".
